Statewide Multi-Ethnic Chambers of
Commerce Legislative Reception

The California African American Chamber of Commerce (CAACC), California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce (CalAsian Chamber), and the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) were proud to co-host the annual Statewide Multi-Ethnic Chambers of Commerce Legislative Reception at the historic Sutter Club in Sacramento.

The evening brought together elected officials, legislative leaders, business executives, chamber representatives, community advocates, and industry partners from across California to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and discuss the shared priorities shaping the future of the state’s diverse business community.

Representing a collective network of more than 1.8 million diverse small businesses, the three statewide chambers serve as a unified voice advocating for policies that promote economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, supplier diversity, innovation, and equitable access to resources for businesses throughout California.

More than a networking event, the Legislative Reception served as a platform for meaningful dialogue between policymakers and the business community. Attendees engaged in conversations about the legislative priorities impacting small businesses, workforce development, access to capital, procurement opportunities, artificial intelligence, infrastructure investments, and strategies to ensure California remains an inclusive and competitive place to start, grow, and scale a business.

The reception also highlighted the importance of cross-cultural collaboration. By bringing together leaders from California’s African American, Asian Pacific, and Hispanic business communities, the event reinforced the collective strength of working together to address common challenges and pursue shared opportunities.
