Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Care Program 2024-25: Kick Off for Community Partners
Dear Community Partner,
You’re invited to a webinar on Monday, September 23, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. about Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Care Program (CHCP), our charitable health coverage program for Californians without access to any other health coverage.
Even with the expansion of Medi-Cal in 2024, too many Californians remain uninsured. The Community Health Care Program (CHCP), addresses this gap by providing Kaiser Permanente’s high-quality care and coverage to eligible Californians in our service areas.
Enrollment in CHCP starts November 1st, and we need your help getting the word out in your community. The webinar will provide information about what CHCP covers (free monthly premiums and no copays or out-of-pocket costs for most care at Kaiser Permanente such as primary care office visits, preventive care, and prescription drugs). Participants will also learn about CHCP eligibility, how to enroll, and how to access bilingual CHCP outreach resources to share in your community.
