Dear Stakeholder, 

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has released an Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled HSR22-13 – Clearance and Demolition Services in the Central Valley. 

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, permits, materials, and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove real property structures, abate hazardous materials to include, but not be limited to, friable and non-friable asbestos and lead paint, according to all environmental laws and regulations in the State of California, in the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern, and Kings (collectively referred to as Work).
