The California Secretary of State’s Office has partnered with subject matter experts from the Employment Development Department, Franchise Tax Board, Internal Revenue Service, and the Office of the Attorney General to outline best practices for navigating state and federal filings as a nonprofit. This event has been curated for those that are in the infancy stages of forming their nonprofit, for those that struggle to understand what filings are required, and for those that need assistance identifying how frequent their filings are to be submitted and to whom
