2023 State of The Union Address Special Report

I was honored to be a commentator on NDTV for President Joseph Robinette Biden’s  State of the Union Address. The California African American Chamber of Commerce remains at the cutting edge of California and National Policy. We are engaged in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. We commend President  Biden  and the bipartisan efforts to increase access for African American businesses  for the greatest infrastructure investment since the President  Dwight Eisenhower Federal  Highway Program.
